When a discussion between 2 individuals regarding ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’ of the professional training industry occurred… well, there was no choice but to launch SLIDE21!

The way we work today has changed significantly over the past 10, 20, 30 years.  Globalization, new technology and the re-design of the workplace has all had an enormous impact.  So why hasn’t the professional training industry changed also?

There should be no such thing as a “standard” training course, no banal case studies – forget baking cakes and ATM’s! And if you receive a copy of a PowerPoint presentation as a take away, but cannot return to your workplace and immediately apply the knowledge shared during training – then you really need to question the value of the training.

At SLIDE21 we are passionate about what we do.  We aim to be the best and give the best.  We know EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING is more efficient and effective. We understand the learning styles – which must all be utilised so everybody learns. We also know that to increase competencies and create successful individuals, who then create success within their organisation, we need to first understand our client, the organisation and the individuals.
